Required Experience:
- Up to 3 years of experience in Brand Building/Enhancing, Marketing and Advertising (added advantage)
- Able to think strategically to achieve business goals
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal + Written)
- MBA in Marketing/Branding
Must Haves:
- Social Media Marketing and up-to-date with the current marketing/industry trends
- Copywriting skills
- Strong analytical, and organization skills and great attention to detail
- Dedication, enthusiasm, self-motivated and diligence
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing)
- Solid understanding of market research methods and keywords
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Coordination with the website development team to update the website.
- Work closely with the operation teams to achieve business goals in terms of brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee the digital footprints of the IMS Brand. Create and monitor paid campaigns.
- Work on sales and promotional blogs, e-shots, infographics, and video scripts to engage with the target audience for sales and employer branding activities.
- Research and making comprehensive reports for the performance of the brands
