Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Project
coordinator.
Research target audiences by demographics, pinpointing their needs and adapting campaigns
accordingly.
Collaborate with Architects / Consultants / Specifiers with proposals, technical design solutions,
budgetary costs, and specifications from the design stage.
Organizing and attending meetings or events at key locations across India.
Building and maintaining key relationships with clients and vendors.
Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to
strengthen engagement with the target audience.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
Familiarity with the architecture field and services market.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
