Job Description
As our Senior Marketing Executive - Acquisition, you would own complete responsibility of acquiring new users and leads through new sources of traffic (Facebook/Affiliates) and optimizing them to drive the strongest value for acquisition on Web and Mobile. You would demonstrate strong creativity towards acquisition/paid marketing tactics and drawing value from all campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage all campaigns in order to maximize ROI.
Managing either internal resources or agencies to deliver, monitor and report on daily/weekly and monthly KPIs against targets.
Design branding, positioning, and communications strategies for InsideAIML
Craft strategies to create Brand Awareness, Visibility both Digital and On-ground.
Create Brand messaging and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like digital, social, events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Identify our markets and TG and create appropriate strategies to reach-out.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) and revise marketing strategy accordingly.
Required to create SOP for the department and create with key metrics for success of the department
Work towards the forecasting of the target assumptions of paid sources during quarterly and annual budget and forecast periods, liaising with the Design, Technology and Finance teams.
Optimization of tracking, reporting and data accuracy to support further development of acquisition activities.
Hands-on with Google Analytics, in creating custom reporting, Experiments, Goals and Filters.
Requirements
Demand generation and growth marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a high-growth startup.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Deeply analytical with a love for data.
Result-oriented with attention to detail.
Someone with a high ownership and growth mindset.
Experience in an Ed-tech company.
Worked in an early-stage startup.
Passionate about teaching, learning, and the creator economy
