Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and drive marketing efforts for our IT consulting and professional services, support business objectives, generate leads, foster customer retention, and support sales. Marketing efforts to generate prospects and drive engagement to promote solutions that involve application development, Big Data, cloud, analytics, and machine learning/AI and Digital Transformation services.
Responsibilities:
• Help define the marketing strategy and develop/drive marketing campaigns.
• Develop content/materials and conduct competitive research to support marketing and sales goals.
• Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with groups across the organization and partner ecosystem, including creative, PR, lead gen, and sales.
• Develop field marketing programs to support national and regional sales and partners.
• Investigate and monitor market and competitive developments to inform campaigns and business strategy.
• Report on impact of marketing efforts on achieving business goals.
• Support internal marketing communications to keep employees informed of key initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in marketing programs / campaigns, preferably for IT consulting and professional service organizations
• Excellent writing skills with strong track record of content generation Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
• Success supporting digital and direct response marketing.
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional independent problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and Hubspot
• Leadership skills
