Sr. Marketing Manager: (with Medical Devices or Hospitals or Pharma Industry background)
Location : Ahmedabad (Work From Office only)
Exp: At least 8+ yrs
We are looking for a senior, experienced marketing professional from the healthcare industry who will be responsible for developing and implementing demand generation and communications strategies for our medical device/medical technology startup based in Ahmedabad, India. You will be responsible for leading online and offline marketing campaigns as well as communications and branding for the organization and its product(s).
If you are someone who can help establish our medtech brand and run our marketing department, please reach out to us. It is important that you are a self-starter and comfortable working in an unstructured, challenging environment. Someone who has worked in the medical devices or pharma sector is a huge plus.
Job Responsibilities:
•Craft strategies for all marketing functions (including export, digital/social media, offline/on-field, and communications) to maximize quality lead generation
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual goals for the overall department as well as each productline
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Participate in trade shows and organizing CMEs
• Establish channel partnerships across India and abroad
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
