Unity Small Finance is digital first new age bank. Made in 2026 it promises to bring a much needed breath of fresh air into the stuffy world of banking.
We are looking for a live wire Senior Marketing Manager who will be part of a crack marketing team, will handle all marketing related to deposits, loans and cards. We are looking or an ideal work ex of 5-8 years but this is a guide and we’re flexible for the right candidate.
The person should have banking experience. We are looking for someone who has learnt the rules and convention and is ready to start breaking them to position Unity disproportionally as the break through brand in banking.
This person will report and work closely to the Group Head, Marketing who oversees all the top funnel planning and execution. He or she will build strong / productive relationship and foster a culture of innovation with Business heads of all the three stated units. In conjunction manage agencies to deliver insight driven cutting edge creative solutions. We need a strong planner who can keep all the internal and external teams on track on projects.
The person will along with the GH plan for the future of the brand and ensure seamless execution.
• Executing offline and online marketing campaigns
• Driving the marketing calendar for digital banking assets, PL and cards – we have some exciting plans and partnerships here to deliver disruptive products
• Giving ideas and developing content in coordination with Internal Team for digital materials and other collaterals
• Coordinate with growth team for execution of marketing initiatives.
• Keep track and inform teams vis secondary research on the category & products available locally and globally.
• Assist in gaining competitive intelligence through analyzing competition, offering , and communication strategy
• Liaise and coordinate with the creative agencies internal team to ensure effective implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with local vendors to ensure that quality of merchandising is in line with the plans.
• Track execution of all sorts of marketing activities and take corrective action in case of any aberrations in consultation with Brand team.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns across mass media and on-ground.
• Creating and executing SMS, E-mail and WhatsApp based marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Social media platforms-
• Should have competent content creation skills
