As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role ensuring the marketing campaigns and content add value to the customer journey to achieve business and marketing objectives.
This is a full-time role based at Macquarie Park that requires travel across Anglicare’s 23 residential care homes.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the development of comprehensive marketing campaign strategies are aligned with the residential care objectives.
Ensure end-to-end campaign execution, including campaigns being delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to create campaign assets, such as landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, and social media content.
Contribute to the implementation of marketing automation to optimise campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and tracking of campaign performance.
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as; digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing and events
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise campaign performance
Create content and collateral that is designed to improve the customer experience and ensure it is on brand and aligned with Anglicare’s values.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing and campaign management.
Current NSW drivers’ licence
