Role: Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Architect
Experience Range: 11+Years
Location: Jaipur
We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Architect or Data Modeler to lead our MDM initiatives across various domains. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, customer engagement, and technical team management.
Responsibilities
• Design, architect, deploy, and maintain Master Data Management Platform solutions
• Define measurable metrics per subject area to support robust MDM platform deployment
• Lead MDM requirement analysis, tool evaluation, and assessment sessions with business users
• Drive MDM solutions across Cloud Data Management
• Engage in complex MDM projects utilizing various technologies and architecting solutions
• Explain functional and technical features of MDM products to clients
• Develop and implement data ingestion, modeling, match rules, cleanse rules, and survivorship rules
• Guide clients in MDM implementation, analytics, and operations
• Define requirements for data quality rules, matching and merging rules, and data stewardship workflows
• Provide supervision and guidance to the development team
• Assess current state technical architecture and advise on MDM integration
Must Have:
• 11+ years of technical experience in software development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and designing MDM solutions
• 2-3 full lifecycle experiences with a leading MDM platform (preferably Informatica Multidomain MDM or Reltio MDM)
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance principles, and data integration strategies
• Expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions, data models, and data hierarchies
• Hands-on experience with data quality management solutions
• Excellent business communication and consulting skills
• Experience working independently under tight deadlines
• Ability to lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout MDM projects
• Familiarity with digital marketing technologies (e.g., Omni-channel Campaign Management, PIM)
