Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Meetings and Events Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of MICE events. Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven track record of success in MICE sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
