Role Purpose
As a key point of contact for our Members, this role is focused on delivering an exceptional service experience through the timely and accurate resolution of account queries and effective case management. You will play an important part in building trust, confidence and long term relationships by ensuring Members feel supported, informed and valued at every interaction.
Capabilities Required
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve queries efficiently and professionally
Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable)
Well developed problem solving skills with the ability to assess information and identify appropriate solutions
Clear and confident communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service–focused role (essential)
Experience managing customer enquiries, account queries or case management in a fast paced environment is highly regarded
Qualifications
Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred)
Customer Service Certificate or similar qualification (desirable)
