Job Description
We are looking for Software Development Lead to manage the development team, work on the project architecture and lead the product delivery.
• Should have 4+ Years of Experience of Working on NodeJS/JavaScript/React and AWS.
• Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Remote
Below skill set required:
• Should be able to architect solutions based on requirements.
• Help introduce modern standards into the team and act as a solution architect
• Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure, dedicated to building high-quality deliverables while being thorough in all aspects of the development lifecycle
• Have a good grasp of NodeJS/ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience in Node JS is a must. 4+ years of experience with NodeJS and familiarity with React, Redux etc.
• Thorough understanding of design patterns
• Should be well versed with the AWS ecosystem.
• Have a good understanding of Test Automation and its integration with CI/CD.
• Strong SQL development skills in writing fine-tuned queries stored procedures, triggers etc., and design skills (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes, etc.)
• At least 1-year of experience with one or more of the NoSQL datastores (MongoDB, CouchDB) and KV storage engines (Redis, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Must be a team player and able to lead the team.
