Senior MIS Analyst

Job Description To lead the MIS Activities for the commercial team of the AD-India and be a key member of the Sales department. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced male or female to join our team as Senior MIS Analyst (Sales). The ultimate goal is to drive a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, increases retention. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Sales operation - Design and implement Sales MIS operation to improve the following: • Publish RBIS_India formal reporting for sales effectiveness and productivity • Carry on the Sales Operation activities cordially partnering with Commercial team • Role is to analyze the sales performance in respect to sales objectives, achieve organizations strengths and identify the weaknesses to improve the sales. • Execute cadence for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analytics, report on pipeline generation and source of business • Analyzing the service performance by Brand and Factories on regular and ad-hoc bases • Collection of monthly S&OP forecast from commercial team • Scheduling and Planning AOP plan and quarterly forecast with commercial team • Updating the Global file for AOP, forecast, pulse and actualization on monthly bases. • Support in developing the SIP and KSO target to commercial team and calculating the quarterly/annually achievements. • Work closely with Finance, SCM and other functional groups to ensure accurate forecasting of the sales pipeline • Lead initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboards • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking • Analyze financial data and create financial models/reporting for decision support • Support the recurring reporting requirements for MBRs, QBRs, board meetings and regional reviews • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements • Report status and support cross functional team company-wide metrics (Objectives and Key Results) • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards and automation of reporting/forecasting tools • Document essential processes and engagement rules and assist in enforcing those processes • Design and improve data quality within the company • Training and optimize the Factory Sales Rep, RB Team, Manager, and commercial director experience in Oracle sales cloud. Qualifications He/She should have; • Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university. • MBA would be an added advantage • 5-6 years of work experience in data analysis • Experience in Google Workspace – Tools, MS-Office (Advance excel and Macros) • Preferred Knowledge of Oracle fusion • Preferred knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Experience in normalized data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models; and interpreting normalized designed into dimensional designs. Decision Making Authority and Controls: There is a high degree of authority to make decisions within the scope of the job.
