Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MIS Consultant to join our Management Information Systems Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional training, support, and consultancy services to schools and academies across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert consultancy, training, helpdesk support, and assistance to schools in using their MIS systems (Core and Advanced), ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness within educational institutions.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues with supported applications, adhering to agreed procedures and maintaining high standards of quality.
Foster long-lasting relationships with clients through innovative and creative solutions tailored to their needs, contributing to the growth of our existing client base.
Ensure all work meets professional standards by conducting regular customer service visits and calls as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Extensive experience in training and supporting schools and academies in the use of MIS Systems, ideally Arbor, Bromcom, or ESS SIMS.
A deep understanding of MIS Systems, including Core and Advanced features, and the ability to provide expert guidance to schools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
