2 Monthly Profit & loss Statement - Channel Wise and Categary Wise
3 Profitablity Storewise, Kiosk wise
4 Project Costing & Profitability
5 Monitoring expenses compare with previous month and year of respective period
6 Calculation of non-saleable materials / POSM / Packing material consumption
7 Discuss with concern person for expenses minimise
8 Forecasting, Budgeting & Variance Analysis
+ Inventory Analysis
10 Prepare Other MIS financial reports require to Management
11 Track records of sales target Vs achivement
12 Supervision, Control and resolve issues related to receivable team
