Senior MIS Executive
Work Dynamics
What this job involves?
One Transport:
• Ensure to check Shift wise Trip sheet closing (TDNS) - Exception Mobile App
• OB & AB to be verified from One Transport Download
• Daily & Monthly Transport MIS to be shared to all the vendor partners
• Vehicle wise analysis exceeding on Trip & KM performance.
• Check and notify trip deviation from mobile App
• Manual SOP to be followed if there is any manual operation occurred.
• MIS should be kept it ready for Internal & External Audits.
MIS Reports:
• Consolidate shift wise MIS and report costing to management on daily basis
• Additional Cab movement cost or manual cost due to 1T error if any
• To provide data on big picture / ops data
• Overall Service Efficiency of the shift to be shared to TM/SM
• Supplier Invoice tracking updates shared with transport manager on weekly basis to ensure payments are done on time.
• Weekly report to be shared with shift in charge for review ( Associate demand, total no of routes, total cost, Kms, OTA , OTD, panic alert & compliance details)
• Big Picture report for Karnataka location to be shared with shift in charge for review
• Transport Ops data for Karnataka location to be shared with shift in charge for review
• TPI (Transport Performance index) report to be shared with shift in charge for review.
• KPI (Key performance index) report for Karnataka to be shared with shift charge for review.
• Cognizant portfolio data to be shared with compliance team
• Monthly transport review data for JLL managed sites to be shared for Transport Manager Review.
• CWS quarterly report to be shared with transport manager for review
• Initiating NDC process to all the suppliers for the payment cleared
Reporting:
• Daily/Weekly reports.
• Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required.
• If there is any error in One Transport GSD to be raised and information to be shared with Manager.
Vendor Management:
• KPI report to be shared to Manager on daily basis to take it up with Vendor Team
• Ensure Vendor partners are submitting invoice with CTS Finance team as per process
• Track Vendor Payment aging analysis

What this job involves?
