The Senior MIS executive provides support to Senior Management, Production, Digital, and Finance departments by sharing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports, Operations Reporting and Analytics, Management Dashboards, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is the timely delivery of various reports for Senior Management and multiple SBUs within the organization as needed.
Day to day operational reporting
Maintaining authenticity and precision over the data collection and validation process
Updating Management dashboard and providing valuable insights
Reporting Employee /Resource Planning (Forecast and actual roster management) for Production Departments
Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
Project analytics (Delivery, Revenue, Costing and Variance analysis)
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation
Prepare monthly financial management reports including financial statement summaries and financial and operating KPIs
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and work on special projects
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and high volume administrative role, ideally with some analytical responsibilities
Previous experience in a related industry will be an advantage.
Desirable Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel with Macros, and VBA will be advantageous.
Candidates must be motivated, extremely organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key
Strong follow through and able to anticipate issues before they arise
Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently
Excellent critical thinking skills

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
