Job Description
• Responsible for rectification of wrong entries & making budget adjustments in consultation with the Reporting Manager.
• Preparation of Monthly Costing and Profitability Analysis (CAPA) Report.
• Preparation of Project wise profitability report.
• Preparation of schedules during Audits which consist of pre-paid expenses, EMD for Tenders. Support the Audit process with data and reports.
• Ensure Security Deposit of Rent and provide quarterly report to the management & auditors.
• Preparation of Quarterly Expense variance analysis report.
• Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) based on approved Approval in Principal (AIP)
• Responsible for running the cost for rolling over and applying the current raw material price for evaluation of stock.
• Working on the discount structure applying the same in SAP on weekly basis.
• Sharing the project actual profitability statement on weekly basis for fully executed project orders.
• Submitting the project bills on customers online portals and sharing the original documents to vendors / client office for complete payment process.
• Timely calculation of the MRP and incorporating of the same in SAP for newly added products as and when required.
• Ensuring maximum utilization of PVC production facility by applying marginal pricing for PVC projects (with approval of authorities).
• Cost Audit compliance and cost record.
• Commercial clearance of all sales orders as per the SOP, getting approval of orders with additional discount and payment term.
• Daily Vendor Reconciliation
