Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior MLOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help develop and deploy machine learning models, optimize algorithms, and contribute to the advancement of our cloud-based AI-powered inspection platform. Your expertise will be crucial in solving complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Reports to the Lead Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with Lead Data scientist to develop and deploy computer vision models.
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for model training.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Write model training pipelines with GPU optimized parallel training on multiple GPUs.
• Deploy secure, scalable and maintainable ML models with low latency.
• Write secure, fast MLOPs pipelines with maintainable flows.
• Write secure APIs with load scaling and API gateways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into the platform.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Document processes, models, and results to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
• Conduct model evaluation and validation to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent Python and cloud machine learning skills.
• Very strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP Cloud Machine Learning pipelines and extensive experience having deployed models on cloud.
• Create scalable Model training and deployment pipelines.
• Create Active learning pipelines and training loops.
• Develop and deploy computer vision models and algorithms.
• Experience with one of the common libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow etc and deployment libraries such as fast API, flask etc.
• Write secure and scalable APIs.
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for model training.

Preferred Qualifications
• Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experience with computer vision and natural language processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring such Kubeflow, MLFlow, Kubernetes, DataBricks etc.
• Experience in developing AI solutions for industrial or inspection-related applications.
Skills And Abilities
• Proficiency Python and Java.
• Deep experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch,Keras etc.
• Excellent skill in multiple cloud environments including AWS , Azure and Google Cloud Platform for building and deploying ML pipelines for deep learning models.
• Strong Data Engineering skills for building data pipelines and data processing.
• Strong database skills for SQL and NoSQL databases and data storage solutions.
• Experience with model versioning and Model Registry.
• Good Understanding of Infrastructure as Code(IaC) tools like Terraform for automating infrastructure management.
• Excellent DevOps skills including Containerization, Orchestration and CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Experience in monitoring model performance, detecting data and model drift and maintaining system health.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience
