Must Have:
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native.
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals (components, state, props, lifecycle).
• Experience with native mobile development using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Proficient in Redux or other state management libraries.
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks such as Jest or Detox.
Technical Leadership:
• Ability to design scalable architectures.
• Promote and enforce clean, maintainable code.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in small, agile teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to clearly document technical decisions and system designs.

• Experience with Maestro for mobile UI testing and automation.
