Senior Mobile Engineer

We’re helping a tech-forward team hire a Senior Mobile Engineer who’s as comfortable in React Native as they are working in platform-native code. Responsibilities
Own the entire mobile stack from planning and development to deployment and support.
Build top-tier mobile apps using React Native , while seamlessly integrating native Android and iOS modules when needed.
Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable code across both platforms, with performance, usability, and stability in mind.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, back-end engineers) to bring product ideas to life and ensure smooth, intuitive user experiences.
Debug across layers , from JavaScript to native, using your deep understanding of how things work under the hood.
Write and maintain technical documentation that helps others follow your work and build on it.
Stay current on mobile dev trends , tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years in mobile development, including React Native and native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) .
Strong grasp of JavaScript , TypeScript , and ES6+.
Experience shipping apps to both the App Store and Google Play Store .
Solid backend understanding and experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, you’re clear, proactive, and easy to work with.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
A flair for native UI/UX animations and transitions.
Contributions to open-source mobile projects.
