JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
As an Motion Graphic Artist, you are required to work closely with our clients and marketing team to develop inspiring artwork that will attract our target audience. You will be responsible for formulating concepts and rendering draft illustrations from written words, models, sketched ideas, and from your imagination.
You should be a highly artistic person with a passion for creative technologies. You should be able to draw, paint and work on digital softwares in variety of styles and mediums. Unlike artists, Illustrator have set deadlines and must always communicate with the company and clients on the overall progress and development of the artistic image.
Ultimately, an Motion graphics artist is a creative individual who can turn concepts into artistic marketable images.
Responsibility
• Can understand brand guidelines, color preference, theme, design style, reference and other provided assets.
• Enhance the concept created by the concept artist into creative style.
• Lead a team to achieve the desired results.
• Quality check before client’s delivery.
• Deliver assigned-task in a given timeframe.
• Strong communication skills to communicate with clients or to provide any suggestion.
• Can do proper research and development to achieve desired results.
• Excellent time management skills, to achieve tight deadlines.
Requirement
• Creative and imaginative with an eye for color, balance, perspective and layout.
• Solid understanding of visual language - texture, color, dimension, scale, perspective, shade, composition, depth of field, proportion, spatial awareness, etc.
• The ability to lead a team as a part of the wider design process.
• Proficiency in programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and any other software is a plus.
• Passion to implement latest trends and techniques in design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Visual Arts or relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable
• Comfortable in working in a team and leading a team.
• Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.
• Active in the Animation community.
Background -
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be a plus.
