Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
Exp : 2-4yrs
Location : Pune Hadapsar
CTC : 3-5LPA
Responsibilities:
· Conceptualized, designed, and produced high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital content, social media, ads, videos, and other media.
· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align animations with branding and messaging strategies.
· Edit video content to add motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to elevate the storytelling.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, incorporating new skills to keep animations fresh and engaging.
· Prepare files for export across various platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and quality.
· Ability to create content so he/she can understand the scenario.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing animations and graphics.
· Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Should also know about Small Video tools for quick videos.
· AI Tool knowledge is compulsory to make attractive videos.
· Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.(Optional).
· Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
