Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer with a passion and expertise for simplifying complex technical concepts and products through engaging motion graphics. You will be responsible for producing how-to motion graphics videos across various content portals, including Help, Developer Documentation, Trailhead, and in-app experiences. In this role, you will manage the production process end-to-end – from ideation and storyboarding to asset creation, animation, and stakeholder management. You must be a strong communicator and strategic thinker, comfortable with taking initiative and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities Own the entire production process: from brainstorming and storyboarding to graphic asset creation and final animation. Collaborate with technical writers, product managers, and video team to translate technical content into clear and impactful motion graphics. Ensure technical accuracy in video production, maintaining a high standard of clarity and impact. Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders, balancing impact and input while meeting project deadlines. Develop and maintain a consistent visual language that aligns with Salesforce’s brand standards and enhances the user experience and adoption of Salesforce. Stay informed on the latest motion graphics AI developments and tools to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our video content. Proactively identify opportunities for visual impact and innovation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in motion graphic design, ideally within a technology or similar industry. Advanced in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Figma; familiarity with Lucidchart is a plus. Strong technical acumen with the ability to grasp and visualize complex concepts quickly. Familiarity with technical documentation and scripts. Experience in end-to-end video production. Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
