Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
What you'll be doing
Experience in working with ITSM, BMC entuity, SNOW APM, NPM tools
Good understanding of VLAN, VTP, DTP, 802.1Q trunk, STP, MSTP, BGP,
OSPF, Static routing, ACL, SNMP conifg, Wi-Fi protocols
(802.11a/b/g/n/ae/ac)
Hands on experience of managing MPLS network connectivity
Should have experience of working on WAN routers (Cisco ASR, ISR or
Juniper SRX, MX etc.)
Should have experience of configuration and management of Cisco
viptela and Silverpeak SDNWAN solution
Should have experience of working on Citrix Netscaler SLB or F5 SLB
Should have experience of configuring Cisco ACI (Tenants, Bridge
domains, End point groups, Security policy, VRFs etc.)
Should have experience of configuring Vmware vSphere, NSX (NSX-V,
NSX-T, T0/T1 routing, NSX load balancing, ACL policy configuration etc.
Should have experience of configuring Leaf-Spine DC LAN architecture
Should have experience of using Wireshark, PACP analyzer
Should have experience of preparing network schematics in Lucid charts
/ Visio
Should be good at MS Office
Should be willing to work in rotational shift basis.
6 to 8 years of hands on experience in managing LAN, SDN, WAN,
SDWAN, DC Networking, WiFi, SLB etc.
