Job Description
.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in below-
• Experience and good understanding of full development lifecycle & ITIL framework
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience of Development and Support Java platform
• Hands on exposure as Backend Java developer and proficient in Core Java, J2EE, SpringBoot, Kafka, Design Patterns, RESTful API, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Oracle as Database, SQL, PL/SQL and Object-Oriented Concepts
• Sound knowledge with advanced versions of Java, multithreading.
• Candidate should be able to gather requirements and develop high level and low-level technical design and should be able to review those technical designs and codes
• Sound domain knowledge in Retail Supply Retail Chain Management, especially Warehouse Management System, Order Management System
• Good understanding of other Retail Supply Chain
Peripherals applications like Warehouse Management, Transportation/Logistics, Demand & Forecasting, Store Operations, Inventory Management system etc.
• Sound knowledge in ITIL framework i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management, Continual Service improvement etc.
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues (Incident/Service Request), Problem Management in Oracle RMS/Retek platform
