Job Description: Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET Core with MVC Experience and MS SQL)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core, MVC, and MS SQL. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the development of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code, and providing technical guidance to the development team. You will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from designing and architecting solutions to deploying and maintaining applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of software development best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development life cycle.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
3. Design and develop scalable, reliable, and efficient web applications using .NET Core, MVC, and MS SQL.
4. Implement and maintain high-quality code standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding guidelines.
5. Optimize application performance and scalability by analyzing and improving system architecture, database design, and query optimization techniques.
6. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
7. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, identifying and resolving software defects and issues.
8. Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
+. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization.
10. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in full stack development using .NET Core, MVC, and MS SQL.
3. Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
4. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
5. Proficient in database design and development using MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
6. Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and troubleshoot issues.
