Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead who can take technical ownership of our backend services and lead a team of developers. This role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on coding, and a collaborative spirit to help us scale our platform from MVP to a feature-rich, high-performing system.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a small team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
• Design and develop backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Web APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build scalable solutions in the property management space.
• Architect backend systems keeping multi-tenant, role-based access, billing, and notification features in mind.
• Own the full SDLC — planning, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive Agile sprints, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Set up coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test practices for future growth.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability in a cloud-native environment (preferably Azure).
Must-Have Skills
• ++ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proven experience in leading teams, assigning work, and mentoring junior developers.
• Comfortable in a startup environment — fast-paced, dynamic, and high ownership.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, Git, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with product teams.
Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with React / Angular / Blazor for front-end integration.
• Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of any CRM system.
