Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions, supervising junior developers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products and systems.
Job Description
Develop, maintain, and improve our .NET Core-based applications, and ensure their reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with our team of developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of new software features and functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in system and application architecture discussions and propose innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with the team to promote continuous improvement and learning.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET Core development.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS.
• Excellent knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with database design and management, specifically SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with containerization tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, such as NUnit or xUnit.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
