Net Full Stack Lead
As a seasoned software development leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the creation of high-quality applications using .NET Core, Angular/React, and Microsoft SQL Server. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles, including Microservices/Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Azure services such as AKS, Azure SQL, App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers to design, implement, and deploy applications.
Tech Leadership: Drive technical excellence by overseeing the implementation of Microservices/SOA and Azure services.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Ensure smooth integration, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
Code Reviews and Troubleshooting: Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues to optimize application performance.
Business Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 8 years in .NET and 3 years in Angular/React.
Azure Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Azure services.
Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a lead or in a similar role.
Desirable Skills:
Tax/Audit Knowledge: Knowledge of Tax/Audit, IRS.
