About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Node.js Developer with 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of building scalable backend systems, DevOps workflows, and cloud-native applications. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to build robust, efficient, and secure APIs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain server-side components using Node.js
Implement and manage auto-scaling systems for handling high-load traffic
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments
Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments across environments
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of backend services
Collaborate with frontend teams and integrate APIs efficiently
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js
Strong understanding of auto-scaling, load balancing, and system performance tuning
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
Familiarity with database management (SQL or NoSQL)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Working knowledge of cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Good to Have (Bonus Points):
Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js
Familiarity with Flutter for mobile cross-platform development
Exposure to GraphQL APIs
Prior work on scalable SaaS or real-time applications
