Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead with solid technical expertise in design and development experience by building systems and implementing the best practices in engineering, DevOps, etc for enterprise products or SaaS companies.
Responsibilities:
• Design architecture of the product which meets appropriate correctness and non-functional requirements.
• Design proper structures of APIs, services, and other components optimizing current state while keeping future extensibility in mind.
• Advice on technology choice fit to project requirements and resources balancing the short-term needs with long-term maintainability.
• Advice on the correct usage of databases, data modeling, and querying.
• Help with technical assessment of existing infrastructure and services and their viability.
• Help to correctly plan migrations and deprecations.
• Work with various teams to design & develop key applications involving front-end, back end and database-related elements and manage delivery commitments.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers to create high-performing teams.
• Continuously evaluate relevant technologies, influence and drive architecture and design discussions.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software development across the life cycle (conception to deployment).
• At least 1 year of experience in leading engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJs, Angular, MongoDB, SQL, cloud platforms etc.
• Solid understanding of Microservices and Serverless Architecture.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
