Job Description: Senior NodeJs Developer

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior NodeJs Developer (7+ yrs of exp).
Responsibilities:
• Work in a small team of developers using Agile methodologies focussed on delivery.
• Doing code review of junior team members and providing necessary support and guidance to maintain high quality coding and documentation standards.
• Working closely with the Devops/Support teams to deliver best practices.
• Working closely with the PM to plan and prioritize the workload and delivery of work packages to meet the needs of the business.
• Building world-class software with maximum efficiency.
• Participating in the design and architecture of solutions across the full technology stack.
• Working closely with senior client stakeholders.
• Working closely with Product and DevOps teams to test, deploy and support the platform.
• Undertaking Level 2 Support role.
• Operating in a low ego, collaborative environment.
Required skills:
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a NodeJs developer following agile methodology.
• Proven experience of 3+ years working on Blockchain technologies and digital assets.
• Experience on API development and integration with Digital custodians like Fireblocks would be a big plus.
• Experience developing and deploying softwares in AWS infrastructure.
• NodeJs/Express REST API development.
• NodeJs/MongoDb/Mongoose development.
• NodeJs/REDIS development.
• Proficient with Git.
• Experience with Nginx and JWT.
• Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
• Drive innovation and adoption of best practices in the team.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with global clients.
• Should be a team player, confident with a go getter attitude.
• Able to work in a team setting and meet strict deadlines
