Job Summary:
Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join our team as a Clinical Leader - Home Care Expansion. This is a fast-tracked 2IC position, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
Leadership & Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of RNs and Carers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care
Service Development: Drive the expansion of Home Care services, contributing to new village developments and operational success
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Home Care regulations, safety, and risk management protocols
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with village managers, residents, and external providers
Benefits:
Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 + Superannuation
Travel Allowance: $5,000 per year
Retention Bonus: 10%, 50%, and 80% at 1, 3, and 5-year milestones
