Job Description
Promotes efficiency in processing of customer applications by serving as Second eye check of DVU/DP Maker.
• Raises discrepancies in the customer application to the sourcing channels for rectification and compliance (if any)
• Executes and completes the allocated tasks assigned within the stipulated timelines to ensure SLA’s are met.
• Works efficiently towards the assigned tasks with accuracy and minimal error.
• Provides feedback to DVU/DP makers on the common errors identified
• Conducts team huddles / briefings on regular updates, case studies and feedback
• Ensures that all processes are in place, consistent with overall enterprise policies and regulatory requirements
