Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Purpose Execute Wealth Management Operations BAU for Mutual Funds, Insurance Alternate Products are done and as per defined timelines across all channels including Digi.To render efficient & high-quality operational serviceAdoption to digital strategy and drive Design for No Operations.Key Responsibilities Support and process BAU activities for Mutual Fund Transactions, Alternate Transactions and Insurance with high governance standards.Responsible for Income accruals and reconciliation of income received from product manufacturers.Responsible for consistent follow up of overdue payments with AMC/PM for receipt of payments.Ensure Business Continuity Management for Wealth Operations are defined.To ensure investments & insurance transactions received through IWF are checked for accuracy and ensure FTF/risk profile available for the transactions through offline mode.Consistent follow-up with AMC for reverse feed file and ensures daily transaction reconciliation.Ensure Insurance and Alternates feed files are uploaded regularly and highlight the discrepancies to BU team.Month end reconciliation to be completed with accuracy and relevant approvals, also manage GLAO submissionsEnsure WM statements are sent to customer on Monthly basis and dispatch to be completed on or before 08th of every month.The WM unit reconciliation for investment transactions in WMS are done at regular intervals and ensure that the discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and update and gaps is sent to BU / frontline Monthly.System enhancements related to WM are supported by way of UAT and Live verification during deployment.Ensure process notes, PRMs, SOP and BIA for Wealth Operations are reviewed on an annual basis.Ensure that audit/controls are in place and risk items to be highlighted to Unit Head.To be aligned with standard operating procedure & Operations Handbook for Wealth Operations.Work collaboratively
