Job Summary
The Senior On-Site Services Specialist is responsible for providing operational support in high-volume copying, scanning, mail processing, and customer site equipment maintenance. This role requires strong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and customer service abilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copy machines, scanners, and mail processing equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality control checks on completed jobs
• Utilize image handling software, MS Office, and email systems for document management
• Conduct daily inspections of convenience copiers, clear paper jams, and report issues to technicians
• Maintain records for management reports and supply inventories
• Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to designated personnel or drop-off points
• Calculate charges for jobs performed and maintain billing logs
• Respond to and coordinate service calls required by customers
• Deliver completed jobs to customer locations within or outside the site
• Maintain daily meter and service logs
• Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents
• Ensure copier areas are neat, stocked, and operational
• Perform shipping and receiving duties for materials
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, joggers, tape machines, stackers, staplers, and scales
• Provide additional support as assigned, including occasional overtime
