The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range

Responsibilities
Our Senior OnBase Developer works closely with business partners and IT management to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, rework of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives
Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters will be expected to attend onsite events such as monthly Impact Conversations with leadership
You collaborate well with high-energy teams in a remote work environment
Enjoy building something new: Design, development, and deployment of custom workflow solutions with the capability to integrate with other internal and external IT systems
Work with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies
Are flexible and organized: You can adapt to the technology available to you and are able to manage your work effectively and efficiently
Acting as a cornerstone in the vision for advancing OnBase development functionality and processes

Salary Range
$100,000 - $150,000

• This role may require some work out of our Madison, WI headquarters; first consideration will be individuals located near Madison Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.

• 5 or more years of application development experience with OnBase.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CSS.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with C#.
• OnBase Certifications such as: OCWA, OCAWA, OCSE, OCAPI, OCWV, OCI, OCSA, OCASA.
• Experience with Agile, ServiceNow.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
• Support and maintain existing code.
