Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive located in Pune (Dhole Patil Road). The Senior Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, manage resources, and ensure the efficient execution of projects. Responsibilities include optimizing operational workflows, analyzing data to enhance processes, and maintaining communication with clients and teams. This role also involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and improve processes effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Advanced Communication skills for clear and effective collaboration and reporting
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Relevant experience in management or operational roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the travel and destination management industry is an advantage
