Operations Manager - BFSI Process
Requirements :
- We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will lead our growing back-office team to deliver on our objective of providing highest customer experience.
- As a manager you will be responsible for various processes, their definition, execution and constant improvement, reporting on the efficiency matrix, team management and growth plan.
- You will be responsible for the overall operations and productivity of the center.
- We are looking for individuals who are curious, have attitude to learn new things, have patience and perseverance to build high quality deliverables and are committed to long term vision of the company.
- As operations manager, we expect candidates to have a 5+ years of relevant experience in managing operations.
- It could be as part of back-office operations, software QA, Chartered Accountancy operations or any other process-oriented field.
- Candidate should have experience of managing a small/mid-size team (10-20 people).
- Should be detail or data oriented and possess good problem solving and communication skills.
- Candidate should be hands on with computers and knows MS Office packages thoroughly.
Location : Indore
- B. Com./B.Sc./or any equivalent degree (B.E. or B. Tech preferred)
- Any ICFAI/CA related qualification are desired
- MBA will be an added plus
- Any six sigma or related process certification will be added plus
