Job Description
• Candidate should have rich experience in managing EMI presentation process and should have strong understanding Industry Banking movement in terms of reoccurring payments which includes repayment through ECS / NACH / Standing Instructions / PDCs / Escrow modes of presentment and banking.
• The candidate should be well versed with banking industry practice being followed in the industry for EMI presentation and recovery process to recover the EMI from the customers.
• The candidate should have strong knowledge of ECS / ACH Mandate Management process in terms of Rejection reasons, curing of the same etc.
• Strong Vendor Management skills are required in terms of managing third party vendors like Tech Process Solution ltd, Bill Desk …etc.
• Liaison with banks CMS teams for getting Instructions presented on the presentation date, follow up with vendors for return status / ECS mandate registration and other process requirements with Loan Repayment.
• The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage on roll & outsourced Staff. Should have managed a Team of 10-20 staff.
• The candidate should have strong interaction, communication skills to manage internal stakeholders like Customer service, Collections and senior management.
• The candidate should have strong skills to manage Turnaround time and quality through various methods.
• The candidate will be responsible for Managing & Driving SLA with all vendor / banks.
• The candidate will be responsible to understand the requirement of Collections and drive Quality /TAT in the unit.
• Identifying the need of Automation & Process improvement and drive the same in the unit.
• Strong audit management skills are the key requirement for the profile.
