The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
15+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with a strong focus on SQL performance tuning
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database Architecture and multi-tenancy models
Expertise in RAC, ASM, Active Data Guard, and high-availability database solutions
Hands-on experience with GoldenGate for data replication
Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving complex installation and database issues
Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and make quick, sound technical decisions

Responsibilities
Serve as a senior Oracle DBA, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of large-scale Oracle database systems
Provide SQL performance tuning expertise, optimizing database queries and system performance
Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Database Architecture, including multi-tenancy architecture
Troubleshoot and manage Oracle RAC, ASM, and Active Data Guard technologies
Execute and oversee RAC Database Performance and SQL tuning efforts
Manage Oracle database installations, patching, and troubleshooting RAC-related issues
Work with GoldenGate for data replication and integration
Proactively identify and resolve database performance bottlenecks and maintain best practices
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical skills
