Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in developing OTBI and BI reports
Proficient in designing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions
Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks
Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of business processes and data structures in HCM modules
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience in troubleshooting BI reports, performance tuning, and data visualization
Capable of independently handling end-to-end report development and enhancements
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
