Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled organisation design consultant to join our team.
• Support and design organisation models with senior consultants, framing problem statements, analysing data, and creating fit-for-purpose designs.
• Co-facilitate leadership interviews and workshops to surface insights and alignment gaps.
• Apply proven OrgD frameworks, such as the Star Model and capability maps, to shape structure, roles, metrics, and ways of working.
• Drive change and culture activation by supporting governance, decision rights, performance routines, and ensuring new designs stick.
You will bring:
• Education: MBA/Master's (any discipline) or MA/MSc Psychology (I/O preferred).
• Skills: Sharp analysis, crisp communication with senior leaders, confident facilitation.
• Experience: 3–6 years in OD/Operating Model/Transformation or adjacent fields like corporate strategy, transformation, PMO, business excellence, process redesign, PE/VC value-creation.
• Plus: Multi-industry exposure helpful; open to travel in India.
• Mindset: Curiosity and learning agility over narrow specialisation.
