The Team
Transactions /Mergers & Acquisitions
We offer strategic guidance and buy side due diligence at every elevation of the deal, whether that’s reshaping the business, raising capital, or providing cost and schedule, investment, and delivery.
The DataMAAP team is focused on helping clients achieve automation, clarity, and control of the data transfer process during M&A transactions.We provide technology that streamlines and orchestrates the data transfer lifecycle: saving time, money, and maximizing the value of the transaction. DataMAAP helps clients overcome common challenges with data transfers, such as: managing unstructured data, safeguarding sensitive information, simplifying approvals and workflows, coordinating user activities, governing data transfer disputes, and flagging areas of risks.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities will be to:
• Write new OutSystems pages using our database structure and aligning with our UI/UX standards
• Make changes and updates to existing OutSystems code with minimal assistance
• Test development changes prior to migration to QA and make updates to QA Test Scripts to reflect code changes.
• Troubleshoot code bugs based on system oddities and end user reported issues.
• Work independently and complete assigned Sprint tasks on time
• Collaborate with the team and brainstorm the best way to handle workflow changes and database updates
• Conduct code reviews
• Technical leadership/mentoring of Low code developers
Required Skills
• Experience: 5 – + years
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems platform including Mobile Apps
• Hands on experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Restful API, SSO, OAuth)
• Hands on experience with scripting languages (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS skills)
• Good knowledge of OutSystems best practices and understanding cyclical, upward and sideway references
• Understands Database design and concepts
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients
Preferred Skills
• Experience with C#
• Certifications including: OutSystems Technical Lead, Reactive Web developer
• Experience with software development in a cloud environment desired
• Experience with UX, RPA and OutSystems Case flow management for BPM (workflow)
• Familiar with best practices to reduce security vulnerabilities
• Understands and Implementation of performance optimization strategies
• Understanding of cyclical, upward and sideway references
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field
