Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Paid Media professional at SRV Media in Pune. As a Senior Paid Media specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, monitor performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve results and ROI. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our paid media practices. Qualifications • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making • Deep understanding of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant advertising platforms are a plus • Experience in the digital marketing industry or agency environment is preferred • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
