Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid campaigns on Meta to drive performance and meet business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.

- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad formats that align with the brand's goals.
- Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders or clients, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a significant part spent scaling startups or working in high-impact Digital Marketing agencies.
- A proven track record of leading campaigns that hit 3X+ ROAS and contributions to growth milestones exceeding $100 million in revenue.
