Key Responsibilities
Own, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels
Oversee large advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
Continuously test, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns
Develop and optimise conversion-focused funnels
Collaborate closely with creative and data teams to maximise performance
Identify and explore new channels, strategies, and growth opportunities
Stay up to date with trends in iGaming, crypto, and performance marketing
Requirements
Proven experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns
Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads (essential)
Highly analytical, data-driven, and performance-focused mindset
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Experience in iGaming, crypto, or other high-risk verticals is a strong advantage
Programmatic advertising experience is a plus
