Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display, and email marketing. You will be tasked with driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness while maintaining a strong focus on return on investment (ROI) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display, and email marketing
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, engaging ad creative
• Manage budgets, bids, and other campaign settings to maximize ROI
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to stakeholders
• Identify trends and emerging opportunities in the performance marketing landscape
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners
• Lead and mentor junior performance marketing team members
