Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Performance Marketing professional located in Pune. As a Senior Performance Marketing specialist at SRV Media, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing strategies, analyzing performance data, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
