Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google ads, Meta (including Collab Ads), Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy.
- Monitor daily performance, ensuring efficient delivery across CTR, CVR, and ROAS targets.
- Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to drive growth on quick commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to provide feedback on ad performance and creative optimization.
- Track and report on campaign metrics regularly, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with platform partners and internal teams to set up, monitor, and scale campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns on Google ads, Meta and at least one e-commerce/quick commerce platform (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive growth.
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working with women-focused brands is a plus.
